Wall panels can turn an overlooked surface into a feature. The Six Flooring & Co offers installation for suitable decorative, acoustic-style and WPC panel systems. We help you consider the scale, colour and layout in relation to the room’s furniture, openings and natural light.

Plan the wall as a whole

Share the wall dimensions and photographs showing doors, corners, outlets and fixtures. We discuss where the panel run begins and ends, how cuts are distributed and whether edges need trims. A small sample helps with colour; a layout plan helps you imagine the complete wall.

Match the product to the setting

Panel suitability varies by product. Interior and exterior systems, wet-area products and decorative panels are not interchangeable. The wall condition, fixing method and manufacturer instructions inform the installation scope.

An acoustic label also needs context. Sound absorption and sound isolation are different goals, and the result depends on the panel and assembly. We can review the manufacturer’s information without promising that decorative panels will soundproof a room.

Details to include in the quote

• Wall assessment and any preparation or repairs.
• Panel direction, coverage and proposed order quantity.
• Fixing materials appropriate to the selected system.
• Cuts around openings and finishing at edges and corners.
• Any separately agreed fixture or electrical coordination.

Questions before you book

Can panels cover an uneven wall? That depends on the wall and the fixing system. Concealing a problem is not the same as preparing a suitable base, so we assess the conditions first.

Can they go behind a television? We can discuss the design, but equipment support, heat clearances and access to connections need their own consideration.

Will every panel work in a bathroom? No. Confirm the intended application and the product’s limitations before ordering.
