Bathroom vanity installation

Make the everyday feel considered

A vanity needs to look right and work comfortably in the room. The Six Flooring & Co offers vanity installation for freestanding and wall-mounted styles. We help you discuss the cabinet, countertop, basin and surrounding finishes together so the choice makes sense beyond the showroom image.

Check the fit before ordering

Bring the room dimensions, photographs and details of the existing vanity. Doorways, drawers, nearby fixtures and delivery access can all affect the choice. We also discuss the location of existing plumbing and whether the proposed unit changes the basin position or connection arrangement.

Wall-mounted vanities require suitable support and fixing arrangements. The wall construction and manufacturer’s mounting requirements should be assessed before installation is confirmed.

Agree on the full scope

• Removal and disposal of the existing vanity, if required.
• Assembly, positioning, mounting and countertop details.
• Basin, tap and plumbing connection requirements.
• Any wall repairs, backsplash or finishing work.
• Access, cleanup and the checks at handover.

Related plumbing, electrical or wall work is identified separately. It should not be assumed included simply because a vanity is being installed. We coordinate the project around the agreed tasks and the requirements of the chosen products.

Questions before you book

Can I replace a freestanding vanity with a floating one? We can assess the option. Support, plumbing positions and the exposed floor or wall behind the old unit may affect the scope.

Will the new vanity cover the old footprint? Compare dimensions and photographs before selecting it. A smaller cabinet may reveal areas that need finishing.

Does this include a complete bathroom remodel? This service covers the agreed vanity installation and associated tasks listed in the quote. A wider renovation needs its own defined scope.
